Electrical Shift Engineer
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £48,000
Shifts: Rotating shift pattern (4 on 4 off, days & nights)
Job Type: Permanent
PRS are looking for a skilled Building Services Electrical Shift Engineer to join a well-established team at a static commercial site in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work in a stable, long-term role with a competitive salary.
Electrical Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to ensure the smooth operation of the site
- Work on lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, and other building services
- Conduct minor installations and electrical upgrades as required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with general building maintenance when Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in building services maintenance within a commercial environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (4 on 4 off days & nights)
