Commercial Maintenance

4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Salary: Up to £41,000
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our clients team in Crawley, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights). This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of building systems.
Plumber Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on building systems and associated equipment.
- Carry out reactive repairs on water appliances and plant.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Plumber Requirements:
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (college or equivalent).
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on boiler systems, sanitary equipment, and commercial catering gas (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Plumber Desirable Certifications:
- Manual Handling Awareness
- F-Gas Certification
- Legionella Awareness
