Commercial Maintenance

4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Salary: Up to £41,000
 
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our clients team in Crawley, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights). This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of building systems.
 
Plumber Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on building systems and associated equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs on water appliances and plant.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 
Plumber Requirements:

• Relevant plumbing qualifications (college or equivalent).
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on boiler systems, sanitary equipment, and commercial catering gas (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

 
Plumber Desirable Certifications:

• Manual Handling Awareness
• F-Gas Certification
• Legionella Awareness
