re you an experienced Maintenance Assistant ? Do you want to work in a NHS Trust ? Are you based in Surrey ?

Job Description;

• Provide a professional robust estates maintenance and repair service at the trust
• Have basic skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and construction trades to undertake maintenance, repair and installation work.
• To maintain a high-quality environment for both clinical and nonclinical staff, patients, and visitors.
• Assist with other estates staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• To assist, plan and organise operational maintenance for the Trust under guidance.
• Provide estates assistance across the Trust site as required for resilience and as instructed by senior staff. 

Job Details;

• You will be paid £17.54ph on a 37.5 hour week.
• the role is 6-12 months temp to perm
• You can can be paid Umbrella or CIS
