Facilities Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £55,000
Hours: Mon – Thursday (07:00am – 17:00pm) 40 hours per week
Job Type: Perm
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Facilities Manager to oversee the successful operation and delivery of facilities services at a key site in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a background in FM project and operational management who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services, including planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, including the supervision of 30+ subcontractors and contractors.
- Take a leading role in the audit process, with responsibility for reporting, operational finance, and management information.
- Manage budgets and monitor project spend to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for client interaction on site.
Requitements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
- Proven experience in facilities management, including project and operational delivery.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and IT systems used for reporting and project tracking.
