Our client is a leading UK-based building services company with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solutions. They support a diverse range of businesses including retail parks, leisure facilities, educational institutions, and commercial properties and they are now recruiting for an experienced administrator based in East Manchester to support in the smooth operation of all administrative tasks across the business. This is a permanent role paying £26,208.00pa working 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Role Purpose:The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented Support Administrator to work with the existing team and play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and coordination tasks across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into Maximo (internal CAFM system) and client Elogbooks platform
- Enter service details and associated costs onto client-facing quotes
- Create and manage quotes using Excel and Word
- Track and follow up on work orders to ensure completion
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to maintain data accuracy
- Communicate daily with clients and third-party suppliers
- Carry out general clerical duties including filing, documentation, and customer service support
- Maintain and update supplier and customer records
- Prepare documentation and schedules for engineers and subcontractors
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Positive attitude with the ability to use initiative to solve problems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Sound decision-making abilities with problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of supply chain, facilities management, or hard services is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible, quick-thinking, and detail-conscious
