Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Salary – Up to £50,000
Hours – Mon – Fri (40 Hours A Week)
Location – Bristol
We are currently seeking a multiskilled maintenance electrician to join our client’s new team of mobile engineers in providing building services and plant room maintenance to key large scale estates across the Bristol greater area and South West in general. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of plant room and building services engineering, compliance and have a multiskilled background.
Role Responsibilities:
- Completing building services / electrical maintenance across industrial, governmental, and commercial facilities.
- To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
- Mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
- Work on AHU’s, fans coils and general HVAC plant room.
- To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
- Lead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractors.
- Provide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records.
Skills:
- Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3.
- Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician.
- Able to clear security check and financial check.
- Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records.
- Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU’s, fan coils etc.
- 18th edition
- Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
Additional:
- Obtain full Security Clearance.
- Company benefits scheme.
- 20 days holiday, excluding bank holidays, per annum.
- Standby 1 in 5 (£150 standby payment).
- Overtime available (x1.5 Saturday /x2.0 Sunday.
