Sous Chef – Stoke-On-Trent

PRS are working with one of our key clients to support them in the recruitment of a Sous Chef for a highly prestigious catering operation in the Stoke area. This is a full time permanent role with a basic starting salary of £35,000 to £40,000 based on experience plus company benefits. Hours are 40 to 45 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be expected to lead a strong and enthusiastic kitchen brigade in serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a cusy and often fast paced environment. Along with the Head Chef you will oversee all aspects of food production in multiple outlets within ensuring that high standards are maintained within strict budgetary constraints.

You will be expected to have a strong background as a Sous Chef or higher, with the ambition to progress. You will be expected to have excellent man management and leadership skills, combimed with the confidence and knowledge to lead in the absence of the Head Chef.
